Strategic Mission Partners(SMP) is an international mission ministry founded by Dr. Danny & Karen Souder in 2001
Initially SMP began serving in the Strategic Focus Cities(SFC) of the North American Mission Board(NAMB) mobilizing, enlisting, training and lead- ing volunteers from churches and associations to work alongside church planting missionaries in large cities such as San Juan, Puerto Rico;Seattle: Las Vegas; Miami; New York City; Vancouver, BC; Baltimore; San Diego; and Anchorage, Alaska.
With a calling and commitment to follow the Acts 1:8 strategy, SMP enlarged their vision and stategy to include the strategies of the International Mission Board(IMB) missionaries around the world as well. The SMP international ministry includes ministries in China, Ukraine, Peru, Central Asia, Panama, Canada, Mexico, St. Lucia, Israel, Hong Kong,
Romania, and Zambia. SMP's plan and vision is to follow and assist in the implementation of the IMB stategies in the countries where they are serving in order to fulfill evangelism, strengthening and multiplication ministries that lead to church planting movements
SMP's vision is to follow the Great Commission and work alongside NAMB and IMB missionaries to do God's will in preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
SMP is an IRS-recognized 501(c3) tax-deductible international mission ministry that is supported by an advisory board of pastors, ministers, businessmen and women who believe in, pray for and support SMP in this most important strategic Christian ministry.
